We establish an asynchronous communication channel (in addition to email) for efficient collaboration. Your system receives weekly reviews where we assess performance and generate reports on system health.
When new MediaCMS versions are available, we present update options and recommendations. We implement monitoring for uptime and system availability, as well as track disk usage and key system metrics to ensure smooth operation.
Optionally, we can deploy observability frameworks (such as Sentry) to provide detailed insights into system behavior and performance patterns.
Priority support includes direct email responses and scheduled calls when needed. We actively identify and debug system-related bugs as part of our commitment to improving MediaCMS.
While we prioritize critical and major issues for immediate resolution, not all identified bugs will be fixed as part of this service. Custom feature development is not included, though we're happy to discuss new feature requests and help you add them to the open source project tracker.
