Installation is performed on Ubuntu 22.04 or later systems using Docker Compose. We require SSH root access to your server for the deployment process. All meetings can be scheduled at times convenient for you (we operate in UTC timezone).
The installation is completed during business hours and typically takes 2 days. Following deployment, we schedule a training session with your team covering system usage, administrative functions, and basic maintenance procedures.
Payment is required upfront before installation begins. This service does not include data migration from existing systems or development of custom functionality.
